MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise all administrative issues
- Manage tax and customs audit follow-up for all legal entities
- Analyze notifications from tax authorities and other administrative agencies
- Interface with local tax advisors, including handling tax litigation
- Calculate income and deferred taxes
- Provide guidance to operational functions to ensure tax-compliant business transactions.
- Prepare documentation and oversee transfer pricing topics
- Provide support to other Valeo countries on international tax issues
- Communicate changes in local tax regulations, risks, and opportunities to the Group Tax Director
- Participate in divestment, acquisition, and legal reorganizations from a tax perspective and integrate new entities
- Implement and develop tax compliance systems
- Support the training and career development of tax personnel and foster a proactive team environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a tax/audit firm;
- 5 years of experience within an international Group, or in tax firm Proficient in VAT tax environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Fluency in English
