Position Role Type:

Performs a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures.

This is an onsite position in Burnsville, MN with 1st shift hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4:30 PM. Position includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Unbox incoming returned units per proper receiving protocol.

  • Review shipping and Purchase Order documentation for proper material handling.

  • Data verification and entry of incoming units into operating system, SAP.

  • Responsible for proper storage of material and retention of purchase order paperwork.

  • Handle urgent need requests from internal and external customers.

  • Report, update, transact and provide information that facilitates the general repair process.

  • Maintain short lead times and handle special requests.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Multitask while remaining flexible to changing requirements and deadlines.

  • Utilize written and verbal communication skills.

  • Work and interact with various levels within the organization.

  • Handle any additional tasks as requested.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

  • Typically requires High School Diploma or equivalent. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.

  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations require. https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to both sit for long periods of time and stand for long periods of time, as the responsibilities of this position may require both day-to-day.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP and other computer-based software, specifically Microsoft Office preferred.
