The Mission Integration Manager provides technical support to mission life cycle activities including planning, development, integration, test, deployment, operations, sustainment, and maintenance.   The Mission Integration Manager serves as the primary technical lead responsible for execution of project activities performed within the program.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversight of all labs within the program. 

Responsibilities within these labs includes:

  • Participation at various customer meetings Ensuring compliance with EHS, program Run Rules, unique directives, etc. Ensuring proper operation of all classified and unclassified Coordination of all Mission efforts, including planning for future requirements and resources at the site.
  • Interfacing with the customer on a regular basis to ensure direction given by customer mission leads is aligned with customer management priorities.
  • Interfacing with customer IT representatives supporting the classified networks within the site.  There are classified networks (both phone and computer) that require maintenance, updates, and periodic reconfiguration to ensure they are fully compliant with Security rules and operating at acceptable levels.
  • Participation at the Program Staff Meetings to include the weekly program status and customer meetings and the monthly PMR meeting.

Required Skills:

  • TS/SCI with POLY
  • 10 years of overall experience
  • Experience planning, development, integration, test, deployment, operations, sustainment, and maintenance.
  • Extensive experience in project management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.

Required Education: Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
