We are seeking an AOCS/GNC (Attitude and Orbital Control System / Guidance, Navigation and Control) engineer to join a team of analysts to work on current and future space missions.
Reporting to the HO AOCS you will have a stimulating blend of learning and technical work and will gain extensive experience in the design and analysis of space mission GNC, for both small studies and large projects, as well as having the unique opportunity to work on flight algorithms and flight hardware.
How you will Contribute to the team

You will be expected to perform Mission Analysis and AOCS/GNC design, implementation, verification and validation activities for mission’s Phases 0 to E

You will produce relevant documentation (design justifications, software requirements for AOCS/GNC algorithms, performance analysis documentation etc.)

You will develop software to a prototype level (non/real time simulator development under C/Matlab/Python).

You will also support reviews and workshops with the customer / partners and stakeholders
About you
-
Degree or equivalent in a numerate discipline

Qualifications with dynamics and filtering/estimation/control engineering content

Experienced in participating within a GNC/AOCS project at some point of the development and validation cycle

Matlab and Simulink experience
