Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level or Experienced Project Manager (Level 3 / 4) to join our dynamic Supplier Management Risk Management and Internal Governance team in Dallas, TX or Seattle, WA.

This role requires an individual that is passionate in training Boeing’s next generation of leaders. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs within BGS Supplier Management. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to assess training needs and ensuring that training initiatives align with the BGS Supplier Managements strategic goals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute training strategies.

  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements. 

  • Oversee the scheduling and logistical planning of training sessions, including securing venues and materials. 

  • Ensure effective delivery of training programs.

  • Monitor and support trainers during the delivery of training sessions. 

  • Analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas of improvement. 

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their training needs and challenges. 

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes. 

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development. 

  • Engages with executive leadership regarding organizational training plans and requirements.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Excellent Communication Skills.

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes.

  • 3+ years of experience with technology/Software solutions within the training industry   

  • 3+ years of experience in project management.

  • 3+ years of experience engaging in senior level communications and presentation development.     

  • Ability to coordinate across employees and leaders.

  • Able to travel 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Excellent Communication Skills.

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes.

  • 5+ years of experience with technology/Software solutions within the training industry   

  • 5+ years of experience in project management. 

  • 5+ years of experience engaging in senior level communications and presentation development.

  • Ability to coordinate across all levels of employees. 

  • Able to travel 10% of the time.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, or a related field. 

  • Experience in designing and delivering training solutions.   

  • Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.

  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery.

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range (Mid – Level): $ 98,600- $133,400

Summary pay range (Experienced): $118,150- $159,850
