Material Requirement Planning Control Analyst - MRPC Analyst

Position Summary

    As the Material Requirement Planning Control Analyst, you will play a key role in reviews planned orders for serial raw materials and you will interfaces with Product Line Planning Supervisor to plan and prioritize purchasing activities, communicates with suppliers for on-time delivery.

The vacancy is to be positioned in Skopje - Macedonia, and will report to Senior Material Requirement Planning Control Analyst.

Tasks:

  • Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to suppliers
  • Contributes to consolidation, reduction, and rationalization of the local supplier base
  • Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers (Operations, Customer Satisfaction, Manufacturing Engineering, Production control and Logistics)
  • Manages the inventory level of direct material and forecasts the future level Informs customer of shipping date and any possible delays
  • Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies

Your Background:

  • You got Bachelor's degree of Technical faculty or Economics.
  • You have minimum 2 years of experience in production plant, logistics and planning environment to drive effectiveness & efficiency.
  • You have knowledge of SAP system and you are able to communicate effectively & professionally with all levels and areas of business and suppliers.
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office Package.
