Details of the program:

  • The program is open to students at a Junior or Senior level in their Bachelor’s Degree program or Graduate Program
  • The Internship is for June 10, 2024 to May 23, 2025
  • 25-29 hours per week during business hours (Business Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm)
  • Hybrid Schedule available
  • Paid internship - $18/hour

 

What you will be doing:

  • Support Digital Experience team in shaping and optimizing our digital channels to achieve our brand and sales goals, enhance customer engagement, drive conversions, and maximize business outcomes.
  • Support daily operations of JaguarUSA.com and LandRoverUSA.com for the four brands: Jaguar, Range Rover, Defender, Discovery.
  • Examine online user behavior, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Create and conduct A/B tests regularly to gain insights and assist in decision-making. 
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user experience, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Assist in website maintenance, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders during reviews for all brands.
  • Utilize Adobe Experience Manager, Decibel, Tableau and Google Analytics to enhance digital experiences.

 

  • Provide support to the JLR Public Relations and Corp Communications Team. Projects and activities consist with:
    • Supporting Social Media Activities – Project planning, asset planning and content asset management, copy review, for paid and organic channels 
    • Supporting Marketing Communications- Collaborate on video edits, paid media partnership content strategy, model and brand asset creations and edits to ensure branding and key messaging is communicated. 
    • Supporting Public Relations- Assist in the day to day activities for the JLR PR dept. Update tracing documents for upcoming calendar and awards trackers, review press releases, support event planning and budgets. Track PR fleet activities and plans.

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in progress (Junior or Senior), or pursuing a graduate studies degree for 2024-2025  - degree concentration relavent to this internship
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • High level of professionalism
  • Detailed orientated, self starter, strong work ethic, team player, ability to build to build rapport and communicate confidently; 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills
