Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Compliance Analyst (Level 3) to join the BPS team based out of Portland, Oregon.

The BPS Fabrication program is building its initial compliance team in Portland, Oregon. The selected candidate will support Manufacturing Operations by ensuring compliance with Boeing policies and contractual requirements. We are looking for several self-motivated employees to build out this team and ensure our factory-wide compliance is at optimal levels at all times. In this position, you will perform compliance auditing, compile results, and present findings to leadership.  You will also organize and participate in improvement projects because of your findings. Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
  • Analyzes and interprets data.
  • Provides feedback on assessment results.
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
  • Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • 3+ years of experience with Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work history.
  • 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS).
  • 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams.

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)
