1. Hands on experience in Embedded software Quality Assurance for Aerospace Applications
2. Has Hands on experience in the areas of Embedded, DO178B/C, AS9100, Quality Management System, Software development and verification.
3. Expertise in simultaneously managing multiple teams and projects; and certifications.
4. Expertise in all phases of Design life Cycle.
5. Expertise with Configuration Management and Change Control Process.
6. Expertise in DO178B/C certification process.
7. Collaborate with senior leaders and have intensive and diversified knowledge of standards/procedures to meet customer requirements.
8. Leads and directs a team of experienced engineers in establishing and ensuring compliance.
9. Acts as consultant and trusted adviser to internal senior management and/or business partners on the QA implementation or operation of compliance programs. Establishes and oversees training and audit / assessment programs to ensure implementation and effectiveness of internal controls.
10. Drive building of robust competencies around the functional areas and implement standard processes across the organization.
11. Designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate continuous process improvements to ensure we implement best practices across the organization.
12. Drive organizational development initiatives: Talent Management; Performance Management; Change Management.
13. Ability to work and meet stringent project deadlines.
14. Strong sense of personal responsibility in accomplishing the organization's goals within the deadline
- BE in Electronic /Computers with 12 to 15 years of experience in Software Quality / Software Verification.
