Responsibility: 
Manage and be accountable for PWCS logistics department. This includes receiving and accounting of incoming customer parts, managing the induction of parts into the shop for repairs, and shipping of parts to customers. Oversee a group of hourly employees assisting logistics functions
Manage and lead Quality Control (Receiving and Calibration) teams. This includes proper assessment of part quality and timely delivery of orders as well as engagement and efficiency improvement of the employees
Provide leadership and strategic directives to support delivery commitments to achieve Quality, TAT/OTD 
Manage the production hours to meet overall operations goals 
Work with various business unit repair cells to meet operational targets
Ensure compliance of Quality standards, drive CORE, EH&S and Ethics Culture 
Drive cost reduction, productivity and continuous improvements 
Participate in EH&S committees (WSH, Emergency Response, Incident Investigation, MG, Hoist Sling/Eye Bolt, PPE)
Drive a high employee engagement culture of respect, commitment, empowerment, accountability, communication, and teamwork 
Develop potential talent in pipeline and champion employee development to ensure team stability and continuity 

Requirements: 
Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Production Engineering with related Aerospace experience in Operations or Aftermarket MRO
Proven years of experience with In depth knowledge in logistics management
Strong motivator with proven leadership skills and drive for success 
Excellent strategic and analytical thinking combined with tactical execution skills 
Experience in aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance and repair of gas turbine engines will be advantageous 
Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills 
Effective communication skills with strong leadership and business acumen 
High learning agility with strong ability to drive and deliver results 
Highly motivated and good team player with strong social skills 
Able to work with all levels of management and in fast paced, matrix reporting organization 
Strong knowledge of CORE or any Continuous Improvement Methodology is preferred
