We have an exciting hybrid work opportunity for a Manager, Military Engines (ME) Campaigns Pricing!

The Military Engines Government Campaign Team has an opening for a pricing manager supporting Development and Component Improvement Programs. This position will involve preparation of proposals to customers, including the U.S. Government and other external companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the proposal preparation, fact-find, negotiation, and sweep processes on US Government Proposals.
  • Work with Proposal Management, Contracts, Engineering and other departments to identify customer needs.
  • Develop pricing structure/strategy to compliantly respond to customer request for proposals (RFPs) in both sole source and competitive environments.
  • Field and respond to USG requests for information (RFI’s) and evaluation notices (EN’s) with accuracy and velocity.
  • Provide guidance and rate/other analyses to Programs to support negotiation activities.
  • Ensure proposal and post-proposal compliance to FAR, DFARS, P&W Cost Estimating and Pricing System Description in addition to other company policies/procedures.
  • Conduct Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (formerly Truth in Negotiations Act – “TINA”) sweeps.
  • Support USG Estimating System Audit activities as required.
  • Assist with maintenance of the Cost Estimating System, including ProPricer and Other tools/data used in the proposal process.
  • This role may require infrequent travel to USG facilities to support customer discussions/negotiations.  

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 8+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance; OR an Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
  • Candidate must possess or have the ability/willingness to obtain a Government Issued Security Clearance (Secret).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The desired candidate will be a very detail-oriented person.
  • Prior experience with Government Contracting, FAR and DFARS, and ProPricer are strongly desired but not required. 
  • Experience with CIAM application attributes, role/attribute based access controls, access control matrix, or privileged access management is desired but not required.
  • Candidate must be an independent worker, energetic, self-starter and demonstrate ability to function at a high level in a dynamic and challenging environment. 
  • Strong analytical and auditing skills and the ability to think ahead are also required to manage work effectively. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
