Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of the Enterprise Services Finance Operations team. The candidate for this position will be responsible for Enterprise Service’s financial management of several Enterprise Applications Services teams and support the budgeting, Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (ES Brochure), and forecasting processes for two level four executives.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
In this role you’ll be involved with financial management of several teams within the Applications IT Team (EAS). The growing EAS team includes ~$200M of annual spend and it is part of the overall IT infrastructure at Raytheon.
You will have the role of a financial advisor to your IT teams, as such you will develop a cooperative relationship with your IT executive to both meet functional requirements within the constraints of Raytheon’s budget targets, as such you will:
Drive the monthly reporting, variance explanations and gap closure actions for at least two L4 executive teams.
Support the budgeting, Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (ES Brochure), and forecasting processes and prepare financial analysis and present results to their respective executives.
Provide the financial analysis to ensure results are consistent with organizational objectives for ROI and NPV.
Support audit requests and educate various stakeholders.
Qualifications You Must Have:
You should be well organized and able to work independently. This position will work remotely so you must be able to effectively use virtual tools including MS Teams and Zoom.
You should also possess FP&A and problem-solving experience/skills and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be organized and be comfortable working independently and remotely in a challenging and deadline driven environment

Required Education and Experience
This position typically requires a Bachelors’ degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Finance, Business, accounting, IT or another related field and 8+ years of relevant financial experience
