We have an amazing opportunity for a Manager, Business Development and Campaign Support role at our East Hartford, CT Campus.
Job Summary:
The Mature Commercial Engines Business Development and Campaign Support team provides the opportunity to be part of a cross-functional team, working to develop new service offerings, aftermarket support and pricing strategies for Mature Commercial Engines sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead designated projects using the support of the other members of the Business Development team as well as work across the broader organization and partner with the Pricing and Aftermarket Transactional Sales team.

Participate in development of new services, competitiveness analysis and strategy formulation with representatives from Customer Business including Customer Strategy Team, Finance, Fleet Management, Network Team, Contracts, Legal, and Programs.

Provide Aftermarket support for sales campaigns, including campaign strategy formulation for Mature Commercial Engines aftermarket sales campaigns as a member of customer focus team.

Develop technical and financial analysis quantifying the business impact of the new services and strategies.

Evaluate and propose alternative offerings that make valuable contributions to the customer and Pratt & Whitney. Present analyses & recommendations to senior management.

This is a high energy and high-profile position within the Mature Commercial Engines organization.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Project Management or Customer Support experience including strategic planning, customer contract negotiations or business development experience or an Advanced Degree and 5 years of Project Management or Customer Support experience including strategic planning, customer contract negotiations or business development experience.

U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Project management experience leading a cross functional team

Customer facing background with good negotiations skills.

Experience presenting to senior executives.

You should have proven analytical abilities, effective collaboration skills and a track record of consistently meeting deadlines and due dates.

Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
