The company is willing to aid the development of the successful candidate through management and further engineering qualifications.
In this role, you will lead a close-knit team as you will oversee existing and incoming projects to ensure standards and deadlines are met. Additionally, you will help out on-site with the maintenance and fitting of machinery.
The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled and have leadership/management experience. Relevant mechanical and electrical experience can be but is not limited to fitting, maintenance, and machine operation.

The Role
- Overseeing of projects, ensuring deadlines and standards are met
- Leading a close-knit team
- Be hands-on on-site, predominantly with fitting and maintenance of machinery
- Assess/quality check completed work
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

- Welding/fabrication skills (desirable but not essential)
- 17th/18th edition (desirable but not essential)
