Function Description

As a Contract Analyst in the Pay-per-Hour (PPH) India team, you will be responsible to execute tasks and perform data analysis in support of engine maintenance agreements. Your role will entail understanding and performing a wide array of deliverables required to support the contract management of a diverse portfolio of PPH contracts. Working closely with the customer service representatives, finance account managers and MRO specialists, you will act a subject matter expert on financial and operational data related to PPH contracts. You will be expected to provide recommendations for process improvements and enable digital transformation initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review and maintain data in various systems relating to engine maintenance activities
  • Collect and analyze data used to generate contract performance KPIs
  • Generate Sales Orders using engine utilization data to collect revenue from our customers
  • Analyze and classify invoices related to the contractual services covered under our maintenance agreements
  • Work closely with Finance, Customer Service, MRO and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of key tasks and to answer any contract data related queries
  • Forecast engine shop visit occurrence and associated part replacement
  • Identify and support opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation

Require Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, operations, information systems, statistics, computer or data science with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
  • Experience working with SAP SD and/or CRM
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
  • Highly self-motivated, with the capability to execute assignments with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with aerospace or aviation data is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills in English; French is an asset
  • Forecasting, data analysis or AI/ML experience is an asset
