IT Support Consultant

Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission:

With the foundation of Airbus Aerostructures in 2022 the users are faced with two different IT environments. Until a harmonization takes place (in 2025), the users need guidance on how to obtain access to the different systems, as this is partially off-standard. Your role will be to act as a navigator for these users to help them to get access:

 

  • Provide end-user support for application access (“Level 0.5”)

    • Address “How do I” questions from users by referring to the End user guide & supporting when needed

    • Monitor and reply in Q&A Chat groups

    • Perform regular Q&A sessions with users (bi-weekly)

    • Provide troubleshooting

    • Be focal point for batch-processing of multiple users

 

  • Be focal point for key users and supplier coordinators for batch processing (multiple users) 

  • Create, monitor & present KPIs for access management tickets

  • Monitor stray tickets and unresolvable tickets, identify process gaps and provide su gestions to improve 1st or 2nd level services

  • Improve documentation and guidelines for access management

  • Write and/or improve knowledge base articles

  • Perform risk & opportunity management related to access management and provide guidance for a risk-based approach on authorizations

  • Support audits on existing solutions and be proactive on challenges and corrections to bring upon.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in IT-Support processes

  • Experience with UEA process

  • Team & communication skills

  • Business fluent English (German desirable)

  • Knowledge in COBIT and ITIL

  • Experience in MS Office and G Suite
