Job Summary:
Raytheon is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Planning & Analysis Engineer to serve as a central point of contact (POC) for the procurement of IT Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) products (hardware, software, limited services), supporting a broad customer base. Receive and review IT procurement requests from customers; ensure IT COTS requirements are clearly identified; research selected solution options in the Customer approved products list and provide customers with requested and needed information including, but not limited to, performance and other risks, prerequisite items or services, warranty options, sizing criteria, training offerings, licensing; interface with Supply Chain and oversee purchase requisitions to ensure timely and accurate IT purchase and delivery. Ensure customer approved products list is kept current and validated annually. Help streamline customer support processes, while ensuring high customer satisfaction; identify opportunities for improvement to Raytheon program management based on customer interactions. Work with supervisor and team to grow job skills. Monday through Friday eight-hour daily work schedule (will vary over time) between the hours of 06:30 to 18:30. This position is an onsite role.

Basic Qualifications:

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date (TS/SCI with poly).

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds in support of hardware installations

Typically requires a Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
