IT-Administrator - Customer Service & Technical Support (d/f/m)
The NDSC (National Data & Service Center) in Wunstorf is looking for an IT- Administrator for the A400M IT Support. The focus here is on customer service for the German Air Force for the IT support systems of the A400M military transporter.
Your location
Wunstorf is located in the immediate vicinity of Hanover, the state capital of Lower Saxony and directly on the Steinhuder Meer. Whether kitesurfing, hiking or going to the theater - this region offers a high recreational value and the full range of cultural opportunities as well as excellent medical care. The workplace is located at the air force base with direct contact to customer and product.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Manage interface and communications with all customers
-
Provide technical expertise, single point of contact for queries and support
-
Resolve complex faults and issues
-
Analyze impact and approve changes to product/system/network
-
Interface control to linked product/system/networks
-
Provide tracking and delivery time indication
-
Publish internal & external reports about activity & performance evaluation. Configuration control
Desired skills and qualifications
-
Degree in Information Technologie or Aerospace Engineering or similar
-
Professional experience in the field of Information Technology e.g. ORACLE, Server infrastucture

Military background is desirable but mandatory
-
Very good communication skill and ability to work in a team

Business fluent in English and German
