Responsibilities

• Learn and execute non-product purchasing RFQ process (administer process and quotation
• Review and suggest improvements to purchasing SOPs.
• Participate in purchasing improvement projects (E.g.: e-system, analysis of data, report).
• Explore SAP / SharePoint reports to support and improve processes.
• Process map Supply Chains (interactions between Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics and Operations) and suggest improvements.
• Explore digital technologies and equipment to enhance current processes.
• Coordinate and participate in improvement projects using CORE methods and tools.

Requirements

• Higher NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / Aerospace / Business Management
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
