Key Responsibilities:
- Part of a multi-discipline Integrated Product Team [IPT] to establish repair design requirements and ensure repairs are safe, durable, and meet the quality requirements of the Original Engineering Manufactured (OEM) parts.
- Assist in managing task budget and schedule in accordance with program negotiated deliverables
- Assist in the preparation and presenting task status and technical content to Internal and External Customers as required.
- Monitor progress, identifies and resolves obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules to ensure smooth project operations
- Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance and increase efficiency of work.
Basic Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working in teams
- Results-oriented with good problem-solving skills

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.
