Key Responsibilities:

  • Part of a multi-discipline Integrated Product Team [IPT] to establish repair design requirements and ensure repairs are safe, durable, and meet the quality requirements of the Original Engineering Manufactured (OEM) parts.
  • Assist in managing task budget and schedule in accordance with program negotiated deliverables
  • Assist in the preparation and presenting task status and technical content to Internal and External Customers as required.
  • Monitor progress, identifies and resolves obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules to ensure smooth project operations
  • Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance and increase efficiency of work.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working in teams
  • Results-oriented with good problem-solving skills
