  • Support HR Partner in charge of reviewing the company policies and digitalization.
  • Support the monthly and quarterly tracking of HR Dashboard and APACT Talent Index.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee life cycle (onboarding and offboarding) including updating the presentation materials.
  • Assist in the hiring and recruitment processes including support Employee Referral Programme.
  • Support employee engagement activities such as AskGM, Pulse Survey, and SWEET (Sport, Wellbeing, Employee Engagement Team).
  • Support in work-pass application coordination.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.   
  • Proficient in MS Office.   
  • Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus.  

Learning Outcome 

  • Exposure to HR Operating and Partnering Model
  • Exposure to HR systems like Workday, Qlik, Glints, and Unit4 (aka Prosoft).
  • Learning soft skills like HR Partnering, employee engagement, and people management.
  • Exposure in Aerospace MRO in Engine Centre/Component Repair. 
  • Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE – Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).
