Job Description
The Interactive Learning Specialist will perform duties and responsibilities on the Hawk Patriot Sustainment Contract (HPSC) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This individual will be assigned to the Air Defense Forces Institute, and will be responsible for making changes to, and converting the Patriot Training Department curriculum into an interactive curriculum that will enable cadets to interact with the courses. This individual will also create scenarios in 3D that are covered under the currently approved TAA. The specialist should possess information technology skills, knowledge of multimedia software and hardware, and an ability to correct the difficulties and problems associated with modern technology. Advises instructors and cadets on the use of the 3D interaction material used in the curriculum. Reviews progress of assigned class or students and makes recommendations to improve the quality of patriot training at the Air Defense Forces institute. Participates in all other functions of the training department as directed. The individual will also provide Technical Instruction and Training at the Air Defense Forces Institute (ADFI) using conference and practical exercise teaching methods. Topics would include Patriot System operations and maintenance. Performs other related duties as directed by the section officer. Participates in on-the-job training programs, and assists the section officer in enforcing safety policies, procedures, and standards. Identifies faulty work practices and demonstrates proper maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
Required Skills:
Ability to develop training programs for certifying Soldiers in Air Defense systems and posture.
Demonstrated experience in the technical support and operations of the ICC, ECS, RS, CRG, BMC, IFF, AMG, GMT, LRPT AND LS.
Possess two (2) years or more experience in system programming and full knowledge of the following systems and programming languages: C# , C++, ADP.NET, MYSQL, and SQL Server
At least one (1) year of experience working in a multimedia work environment or equivalent work experience
Desired Skills:
Experience in the frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
Minimum of 4 years of direct experience with organizational level maintenance on Patriot Missile Systems.
Required Education:
Bachelor degree in one of the following majors: Science, Computer Engineering, or Information System or 4 years of relevant experience
High School diploma or 8 years of relevant experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
