Intelligence Analyst II (Hybrid)

The Information and Intelligence Engineering group is looking for an Intelligence Analyst to work on Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Imaging systems. The candidate is expected to have a strong understanding of the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, & Dissemination (TCPED) for the SYERS-2 EO/IR/MSI sensor. They should know how these processes translate into effective operational utility of EO/IR/MSI, SAR and FMV sensors. The candidate shall also demonstrate a strong understanding of remote sensing principles, imaging fundamentals and have an overall understanding of processing, exploitation, and dissemination. They should know how these principles apply to developing, testing & validating, and training geospatial & advanced products.

Support will include domestic and international training, flight test support, image analysis and new product generation. Analysis may include evaluation of new capabilities, advanced processing algorithms or modifications. Responsibilities will also include test and validation of sensor processing architectures and image quality assessments of deployed sensors. Overall, this is an excellent position for someone with a military or government intelligence background, who is outgoing and technically astute.

Key Position Skills:

  • Experience within a Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) environment.
  • Strong demonstrated exploitation & product creation skills using SOCET GXP.
  • Strong background in developing Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP’s), course curriculum & presentations. Will be required to develop TTP’s, training materials and instruct in both conference room & hands-on environments.
  • Ability to learn “on the job” technical skills & software
  • DoD Imagery Analyst experience
  • Travel around 30%

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations OR In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required 
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.  Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements
