The mission of the Industrial Relations HR is to manage and nurture the relationship between the organization and its workforce, particularly in situations where unions or labour representatives are involved. The primary focus is on creating a harmonious and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with labour laws and agreements.
Reporting to the HR Manager of Nissan Automotive Europe, the Industrial Relations Coordinator is responsible for supporting constructive social dialogue and relations with employee representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to constructive social dialogue.
- Organize and prepare meetings with employee representatives (LWC, CSSCT, negotiations, etc.).
- Participate in drafting internal policies relating to social and labour law,
- Prepare and update collective agreements,
- Advise managers and the Human Resources team on individual and collective labour relations.
- Manage and organize employee representative elections,
- Monitor litigation management in conjunction with lawyers,
- Oversee potential litigation involving employees,
- Ensure that our legal obligations and internal procedures are properly applied,
- Monitor legal developments,
- Manage occupational health: risk assessment (DUER), relations with occupational medicine, RPS prevention plan (PAPRIPACT), Quality of life at work, health protocol.
- Updating mandatory legal documents:
- Social report,
- Gender equality index,
- Health and Safety Report,
- Track key figures to monitor social dialogue,
- Manage projects related to the scope of operations, in particular the review of job classifications in application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metallurgy Industry.
- Reporting on health and safety issues at regional level,
Background and Experience:
Experience:
- Master's degree in law
- Knowledge of French labour and employment law
- At least 5 years experience in labour relations
- Fluency in English and French
- Proven ability to work in an environment where change is rapid and frequent.
- Experience of Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
