Job Description:

Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is looking for an IM Performance Manager to join our Manufacturing Engineering department based in Mobile, AL. 

The IM performance manager for IM for Operations in Airbus North America (Airbus Americas Inc, Airbus Canada Limited Partnership – ALL Manufacturing Sites in USA, Canada and Mexico) is responsible for IM for Operations - Performance management  (Operations) activities for all Airbus Commercial (US, Can), Airbus Helicopters (US, Can) for the following business functions dealing with industrial activities: Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality (AIRBUS & Suppliers), Logistics & Transport, Manufacturing Engineering & Operations (Shop floor, FAL, Plant), Industrial Sites (Industrial  Maintenance of Assets), Flightline, A/C Deliveries.

 Nearby on ‘Airbus Way’ you will find the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility for commercial aircraft. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015, the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019. Your challenges: 

  • Accountable for the quality and efficiency of all IM deliverables in ARP products

  • Understand business needs, technical requirements, and industry trends to shape the solution

  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to ensure the integration and middleware solutions are well-designed, scalable and aligned with architectural standards

  • Ensure technical requirements are included in the backlog with right priority

  • Ensure consistency between ARP product and related IM product/PSL

  • Ensure the respect of the IM solution and application of guidelines

  • Ensure IM product consistency and simplification and take care of accurate IM resources inclusion in ARP program.

  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the solution backlog, which includes integration and middleware features, user stories and technical tasks

  • Align with other Deployment Product Owners and ARP Core Product Managers to ensure vision, new deployment strategy and prioritization are in line

  • Collaborate with the development MFTs and stakeholders to define and refine user stories, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the solution vision 

  • Evaluate impact at deployment level in terms of solution and process evolution

  • Continuously groom and refine the backlog based on feedback, changing priorities, and emerging requirements related to integration and middleware

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and prioritize solution increments in collaboration with the MFTs and stakeholders focusing on integration and middleware deliverables

  • Participate in ARP ceremonies like PI Planning, Pre- and Post PI, as well as in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives

  • Ensure the timely delivery of high quality solution increments related to integration and middleware, meeting stakeholders expectations.

Boarding Pass:

  • Bachelors' Degree
  • SAP experience with a Finance background a plus.
