We have an exciting remote opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the Digital Technology Identity & Access Management team as an Identity & Access Management Analyst!
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) analyst, you will work closely with business partners and internal IT teams to ensure Identity business requirements are met. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate applications into the Enterprise Identity Management tool to improve the overall identity and access management posture and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate processes and implementation of IAM solutions by partnering with Corporate and BU teams to deliver IAM capabilities and services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture IAM Business use cases to evaluate, collect and document IAM requirements and processes.
- Assist with the escalation of incidents, enhancement requests and administration of risks.
- Assist with Data Normalization activities and correction of data discrepancies.
- Communicate with stakeholders on a continual and regular basis.
- Ensure user experience considerations are incorporated into the program design and delivered solutions.
- Participate in UAT for bug fixes and new enhancements related to IAM solutions.
- Ensure value delivery and encourage continuous improvement across various teams.
- Understand existing processes and translate into business process and capability documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems and 8+ years of experience working within DT running and managing new project / product rollouts; OR an Advanced Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems with 5+ years of experience working within DT running and managing new project / product rollouts.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful IAM implementations and support of those applications
- Strong understanding and working knowledge in Identity Management and Governance solutions such as SailPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and shape relationships with team members, including key technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and manage demands of many projects, issues, and tasks.
- Thorough, detail-oriented, and quality-driven with excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to prioritize work without management direction and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management.

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
