HR Admin Specialist (Fixed Term 12 Months)
Are you passionate about administration, process improvement and transformation?
We are looking for a specialist administrator who will keep the HR operations moving, while transforming the HR administration function with a focus on streamlining processes and digitising our HR model.
YOUR ROLE
- HR administration across the employee lifecycle including recruitment support, candidate care, onboarding and general administration across the HR operations.
- Transforming the HR administration function through standardization, process improvement, streamlining and digitization.
- Driving continuous improvement projects while keeping the HR admin wheels turning.
- Recognising, initiating, and driving improvements for operational administration excellence.
- Full time fixed term for one year to elevate our operational processes.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experienced admin expert, preferably with a background in or exposure to HR processes.
- Strong growth mindset and initiative with a drive to improve processes for efficiency and operational excellence and to meet project milestones. A qualification in a relevant field is beneficial but not a requirement
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a complex environment
- Good computer skills, especially MS Office, SAP is beneficial
- Collaborative working style with strong communication skills
- Legally entitled to work in New Zealand. This is a locally recruited role, we do not provide visa support for this opening
