Mission

Provide to Valeo collaborators access rights to customer B2B web portals

Create user access directly in customer portal if we are site administrator
-
or forward user request access to customer’s support team and follow up resolution
-
Manage user desactivation access after user departure from Valeo
-
Monitor and respond according to agreed SLA to requests received through Cordys application
-
Identify and escalate exceptional situations (portal not available, users desactivation by B2B customer support…)
-
Perform QRQC (root cause analysis) and document solution
-
Assist users in the creation of user access request form in Cordys
-
Update existing internal procedures documentation if needed
-
Participate to weekly follow up meeting
Applicable for team lead :

Produce service level indicators to assess levels of service provided versus the target service levels.

Participate monthly review meeting

Communicate to B2B user network, customer portal incidents
