This role will be a key part of the Philippines Aftermarket finance team. This role will be responsible for FP&A for PH Aftermarket and support for Aftermarket Regional Distribution Center.
The following are his / her responsibilities:
- Leading the development of the financial 5-year strategic plan, annual operating plan (AOP), monthly forecasts, and actuals
- Coordinating with sister sites (UK and US) on the 5 yrs financial plan, forecasts, and actual results
- Forecast and Actual HFM Supplemental
- Review metrics on Revenue Flash Coverage and Bookings
- Leading a team of 3-4 employees; including goal setting, individual performance plan coaching, and mentoring
- Ensuring compliance with RTX and Collins financial policies.
- Analyzing, developing, and directing the Aftermarket Philippines and RDC’s financial statements – income statement and cash flow
- Needs an understanding over over-time and on-point revenue recognition
- Monitoring and providing guidance to operations on key metrics (eg. CPH, utilization, NITO)
- Review on Overhead spend, Headcount and BS flux
- Responsible for Aftermarket AR and Credit and Collection
- Supports audit requests
- Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
- Other reporting duties as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any Finance related course
- Minimum of 5 years Accounting or FP&A experience
- At least 2 years supervisory experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing set up
- Leadership and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
