We are currently searching for a Site Finance Manager to join our team. This Site Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of the Durham, NH site. He/she will work closely with site IPT and managers to understand the business, the associated financial forecast assumptions, and implications to site level costs and rates. He/she is responsible for understanding and approving quarterly financial reporting. He/she will provide support to executive leadership for the presentation of financial information regarding the state of the business. He/she is responsible for reconciling, understanding, and confirming our financial data to support the monthly financial closing process and will utilize Hyperion Planning and Epicor heavily for analysis and reporting.
This role will be performed ONSITE at our Collins Aerospace location in Durham, NH
- Maybe eligible for relocation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze inputs for quarterly forecast for sales, profit and cash flow, and perform same effort for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Financial Plan (SFP)
- Understanding detailed analysis of variances and summary of changes to support presentations to executive leadership
- Validating risks and opportunities to ensure that the team and management are informed of the financial status and impact.
- Reporting of financial data at the Durham, NH Site
- Networks with senior internal personnel in support of the portfolio. Represents organization as a prime contact on financial information.
- Manage Accounting staff of two.
- Ad hoc financial reporting
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
- Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- Manufacturing experience
- Prior Management experience
- Previous experience working with Epicor ERP
- Hyperion Enterprise experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP) experience
