Job Summary:
The F135 Sustainment Project Integrator is primarily responsible for execution of day-to-day sustainment integration related activities. Those activities include but not limited to: Collaboration with cross functional teams on assigned tasks, initiate and driving process improvement efforts, Event/Logistical coordination support as well be a direct link to provide support to F135 sustainment program office needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing collaboration with F135 Integration focal and cross functional teams on sustainment program office needs, such as ISMT, IPMT, stand ups and fill back communication to sustainment team.
- Identify sustainment actions from F135 sustainment meetings, reach out to associated owners and drives them to closure in a timely fashion.
- Generate standard reporting such as weekly/monthly sustainment report/s by working with cross functional teams, obtain leadership approval and publish it within F135 community.
- Owner of sustainment program event schedule and initiate engagement with the team proactively based on the future event needs.
- Act as the primary Sustainment point-of-contact (POC) backup for Senior Program Integration Manager when risks/issues arise to ensure efficient resolution and accurate information flow to the team, and lead/support special integration projects, as they arise
- Assess process maturity across Sustainment organization and engage in process improvement and communication efforts along with financial management activities as required
- Participate in CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence)engagement meetings and provide support where required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of 8+ years of project management and logistical experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working in high pace environment experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate with cross functional teams as well as all levels of management.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy prior reporting to management.
- A desire to roll up their sleeves and act with urgency.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite products and business acumen desired
- F135 program knowledge not required, but a plus
