Summary:
In this highly visible role as F135 Program Industrial Lead, you will drive industrial rate readiness throughout the Value Stream for the F135 Production Ramp. The F135 Program Industrial Lead is responsible for driving the program’s delivery, quality, and cost goals, while also focusing on identifying and mitigating risk in the medium to long term.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating on all assigned program activities with the coordination and maintenance of the program industrial plan with Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT), Module Centers, Partner Companies and Global Supply Chain

Supporting delivery assurance, supply chain sourcing and capacity assessments as well as ensuring timely transitions and driving completion of industrial plans for critical engineering changes.

Monitoring part & process improvements through a series of Key Process Indicators and standard delivery metrics; support the materials planning process and corresponding creation and updating of LOBs associated with F135 hardware. Work directly with Materials managers to ensure proper demand signals are in place (internal and within supply chain) needed to meet MRP/Contractual requirements

Develop detailed picture of F135 product value streams within assigned site including assessing standard product lead times vs actual while working with site industrial engineers to evaluate current capacity and actions required to support future production and sustainment rates; gather information from business unit leaders or procurement associates and assisting in obtaining information in an expedited manner to allow for timely communication, risk assessment, and mitigation

Function as the point of contact for Pratt & Whitney’s external customer and key program partners including leading critical program industrial reviews, supporting customer-facing communications, and coordinating local and on-site meetings with cross-functional teams; collaborate with other program industrial leads & production chiefs on key initiatives focused on achieving company contractual requirements & business objectives

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and a minimum 8 years’ experience in an engineering, materials, operations, program/project management, or supply chain environment or a Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an engineering, materials, operations, program/project management, or supply chain environment

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA preferred

Experience in government contracts a plus

Demonstrated experience working with executive level management

TeamCenter preferred

SAP experience
