Qualifications
- 3+ years proven track record of success as a Service Manager in an Automotive dealership – REQUIRED
- Ability to coach, train, and HAVE FUN while maintaining high performance expectations - REQUIRED
- ADP/CDK experience – Preferred
The CA base salary range for this full-time position is $64,480 to $134,400. This position is eligible for commission, performance incentives, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary range for new hire rates for the position across all CA locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
