WHAT TO EXPECT

 

The role will provide technical and business support to the Director New Services, Software, & Open Innovation, supporting in all day-to-day EA activities. With business wide exposure, this role is key to ensuring that the Director is provided the adequate support in day-to-day administration and management to ensure they are able to work effectively.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Management of the Director’s calendar; arranging meetings, booking rooms / venues, booking and managing visitors, organising catering.
  • Arranging travel & processing expenses (booking travel, booking hotels, gaining finance signatories etc.)
  • Management of emails and correspondence
  • Management of Purchase Orders and invoices as appropriate
  • Document Management / Contract signatures
  • Gatekeeping ad hoc requests and queries from the business to the Director
  • Produce presentations using Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

  • Strong experience working as a EA, managing senior stakeholder with complex agenda in an international company 
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills with experience of collaboration and cross functional team working and an ability to build a solid network & good rapport at all levels.
  • Ability to challenge in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style.
  • Capability to effectively prioritise with the ability to focus on key issues.
  • An individual, who works independently, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance.
  • Initiative-taking and resourceful with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels.
