Job Description

  • Vehicle quality analysis with related department then make clear Body Assembly quality reflect.
  • Welding Quality Control to assure in Body Assembly Process to Vehicle condition.
  • Body analysis using 3D measuring tool and Verification of Body & Part mechanism (Accuracy / Fixing Point) according to analysis procedure.
  • Planning Body Process method and scheduling from study phase to adoption (Jig Improvement/Trial, Verification assembly process, Production adjustment, 4M Change preparation to operator and process, and Effective confirmation Adoption to vehicle)
  • Leading proactive activity to prevent defects and solving problems with technical support based on QC story.
  • Leading the adoption of new technology & optimal process through global network.
  • QCT management of vehicle concern and productivity.
  • Design Change adoption control base on Localization, Material Changing and Cost Reduction.
  • New model preparation control master plan and activity to final process until start of production.
  • Document Control to covering new standard from engineering manual and engineering standard

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering / Material Engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience in Automotive industry or Body Manufacturer as Engineer
  • New Graduate we are welcome.
  • Microsoft office basic skills to make report. (Excel, word and Power point)
  • Have the fundamental of Statistics / Mechanical engineering knowledge and technical skill
  • Good English communication (Verbal and writing) skills. (TOEIC: 500 Level)
  • Collaborative, cross functional (CFT) mindset and always eager to learn in new system, processes, diving into details, problem solving.
  • Ability to understand real information on the shop floor and find proposal to optimization.
  • Experienced with AUTOCAD / NX Auto software or other factory layout tools for process design study.
