EE Operations Manager

Your role:

Support overall operations of the global EE organization

  • Organize regular communication forums for EE leadership and all EE team members

  • Survey internal customers and EE team members to get feedback on EE performance and customer/employee satisfaction

  • Assist EE teams in program execution challenges

​​Report EE budget performance and work with GED EE to keep EE on budget

  • During budget preparation cycle, assess EE budget proposal against internal SOWs/contracts to ensure alignment

  • On at least a monthly basis, provide feedback to EE EGMs, DMs, and Director on budget performance

​Develop tools and dashboards to provide information to EE GED on EE KPI and goals performance

  • Maintain and improve EE KPI reporting through increasingly automated and integrated EE-centric information dashboards

Create, and deploy a standard EE excellence process that clearly defines required processes methods and tools

  • Contribute to standards and policies set by Global Engineering PMT team

  • Develop EE metrics in order to gauge quality and best practice compliance 

  • Create EE-specific processes, methods and tools in alignment with Global Engineering PMT and through EE Steering Team

Coach and support teams to implement best practices 

  • Drive EE efficiency initiatives

  • Work with EE Steering Team in implementing regular training / workshops to drive best practice adoption and embrace an environment of continuous improvement

Facilitate parts shortages and resilience

Drive Global EE Strategy employee satisfaction and talent development

  • Set engineering org's culture, support organization talent development and its monitoring

Your background:

  • self-drive personality

  • leading experience

  • getting people support by influence

  • data analysis skills to derive conclusions

  • technical background preferred

  • well organized

  • experience with global cooperation and contacts

  • fluent written/verbal English communication

  • good organizer and time keeper

  • ease to quickly build relationship
