Job Summary:
The System Design & Architecture (SD&A) Directorate is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within RMD, responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, and System Security Engineering (SSE).
As a Dynamic Object Oriented Requirement System (DOORS) Administrator, you will manage the IBM Rational DOORS requirements database for various programs. The position applies knowledge of standard system engineering processes as they relate to requirements management. The role requires regular computer use to include IBM Rational DOORS, Rational Publishing Engine, Microsoft Office products, Risk Register, Peer Review tool, Rational Team Concert, Gears, Rhapsody, MagicDraw and Cameo.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Maintain multiple DOORS projects on both Classified and Unclassified information systems.
- Create user accounts and manage access to multiple DOORS databases
- Troubleshoot and resolve DOORS errors from both users and automated scripting
- Generate CDRLs for multiple programs using IBM Rational Publishing Engine
- Develop and run scripts to automate DOORS tasks such as linking, post-processing, archiving and error checking
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field. In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience with requirements management in DOORS or similar
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher
