Division Digital Manager

You have a key role to turn Valeo Service into a digital automotive aftermarket player. You will manage the traffic generation, the animation of our Loyalty Program and customer portal, and ultimately grow our Ecommerce sales

  • Generate and optimise your traffic

You manage the different traffic lever like SEO, SEA, Social media (ie Facebook) to generate targeted audience mainly workshops, distributors and drivers. You can manage a local agency in accordance with Central. You are the referral to identify local opportunity with whatsapp or any local social network.

You continuously track and improve your performance on all digital touch points. Your are the local key contact for dashboards and metrics on digital activities in order to optimise our budgets for acquisition.

  • Turn visitors into qualified leads

You will adapt and create your content for news, fairs, and strive the efficiency of our tools and services like Tech@ssist parts finder & technical documentation, Webinars in liaise with TechCare team. You need to embarq our local distributors and workshops to use our website and application (Loyalty Program - Valeo Specialist Club) in order to generate more sales, capture data, lighten the back office workload.   

  • Turn qualified leads into ambassadors and animate our community (garage network, loyalty program)

You are the expert on lead nurturing and propose marketing automation strategy. The objective is to engage our audience and increase their appetence score and finally their turnover / Valeo market share. You need to turn our visitors into leads and to engage them by becoming customers and ambassadors. You will have to identify their pain points and propose a solution to solve them.

  • Manage local eCommerce platforms with IKAM Retail and eCommerce

You develop, deploy and follow up eCommerce account strategy. You lead and negotiate yearly contracts for eCommerce accounts. You implement listing and promotional activities in line with yearly objectives. 

  • Support animation and communication toward customers

  • Follow up creation and adaptation of tools linked to the animation of product lines: update of transversal materials (tools and services)
