What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early March 2023, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Job Description

Looking for recent graduates interested in an Internship Opportunity at Mission System Department at Airbus Defence and Space. This oopotunity will consist in a whole year Internship (11 month), full time. You'll see a general description of the tasks and requirements that this Internship implies: Supporting on time and efficiently a manager or a team in operational, planning or organisational tasks.

Tasks:

- Actively contribute to Finance continous improvement projects (i.e. Ley Crea & Crece implementation).

- Support Finance central teams to monthly reporting of the main KPIs.

- Develop standard set of reporting slides to help controlling community to understand better its performance.

- Support the EA to Ho Finance in its daily job (reporting and analysis).

Requirements:

- Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent
- Highly Valuable if you have a short period of experience in activities which have allowed you to acquire some skills and knowledge of: Finance, Project Management…
- Ability to persuade, influence, collaborate and convince.
- Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks.
- Excellent skills in relationship building, team building, collaborate across functions,
empowering, motivating others and conflict management.
- Negotiation level of English / sometimes German / Spanish.
