  • Consults with leaders on HR matters ranging from design to implementation of HR initiatives and major annual HR processes. Works with HR subject matter experts and collaboratively with other HR business partners to ensure that programs are being planned to address the site-wide organizational / people needs.
  • Coordinate and manages the succession planning process across the site and in cooperation with the portfolio leadership and their HR teams
    Manages the planning and analysis of salary planning, workforce planning, employee training and diversity initiatives
  • Provides facilitation and change management consultation to leadership teams and employee groups
  • Coordinates and manages the restructuring efforts of the organization and will be required to consult on organization design/effectiveness, job level and title changes with appropriate COE’s in HR.  Role will have responsibility to implement new/expanded entities and or footprint initiatives as needed to achieve overall growth objectives.
  • Ensures positive employee relations efforts are realized across the site inclusive of leading and maintaining site wide employee relations activities and strategies that ensure an inclusive workplace and an engaged workforce.
  • Will ensure technical talent across the organization is optimized through a combination of strategic training initiatives, talent selection and development, succession planning and talent sourcing (country specific Co-op and intern programs, diversity hiring, university relations etc.).
  • Must work collaboratively across Interiors’ portfolios and functions to drive the SBU’s people strategies.
  • Leadership of a team of human resource professionals both on a direct and indirect basis in country.
  • Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting od observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
