Job Summary
This role is located within the Digital Factories area, supporting the local digital organization with project coordination, procurement, financial forecasting & analysis. Supporting internal digital business activities and initiatives across the local digital functional areas reporting to the IT Director.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for project coordination, documentation, and upkeep of digital area initiatives.
- Responsible for maintaining digital technical plan and roadmaps, aligning with central product & local plant roadmaps.
- Procurement process support for project and department business requirements.
- Support financial forecasting, monthly actuals review and financial performance analysis.
- Mobility account management.
- Perform administrative and other duties as assigned.
Key Competencies/Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a coordinator or similar function.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a high aptitude for driving results.
- Experience working in manufacturing or digital is an advantage.
- Desire to learn complex processes and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge and/or certification in ITIL, Agile, Lean desired.
- Capability to build and maintain collaborative business relationships.
- Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.
