The Maverick program is seeking an energetic Deputy Program Manager to oversee a dynamic and growing Facilities, Procurement, and Logistics Teams as well as serve as the Acting Program Manager in their absence.  The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring alignment of program resources, monitoring of program procurement priorities, and ensuring domestic Facility priorities are scheduled and completed.  The incumbent must possess good organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and an ability to resolve issues at all levels.  An ability to professional interact with multiple customers and/or customer representatives is a must and translate their requirements into actionable tasks for program personnel.  

Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Poly

Required Skills:

Must possess 10 years of management experience

Overall 12 years of experience

Experience successfully managing dynamic teams, meeting requirements, and consistently delivering.

Will be responsible for communicating requirement that are received accurately and effectively to the team.

Proven record of building customer relationships and rapport

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven leadership & management experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).

Skilled in MS Office suite tools

Desired Skills:

-Experience with PowerBI software

-Ability to utilize MS Excel Pivot tables

-Prior experience as PM, COR, or COTR in an IC endeavor

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field

The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

Requires deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
