This position is for an Data Analytics Co-op at the Cedar Rapids, IA facility supporting Mission Systems manufacturing. This employee will become familiar with our products, processes, and manufacturing objectives by working closely with senior engineers using data analysis skills, statistical techniques, and algorithms to identify problems and find ways to communicate with data. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run May/June to December; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past December 2024.

Primary Responsibilities:

Uses scientific and mathematical principles to collect data across processes and products while also identifying appropriate algorithms to discover patterns and support data analysis.

Gains knowledge on how to identify problems, participates in analyzing opportunities using statistical techniques.

Participates in preparing datasets and communicates results to team.

Applies scientific principles to innovate, design, develop, and implement technologies, components, sub-systems, machines, tools, and systems to ensure compliance to specifications, requirements, and customer guarantees across applicable operating conditions.

May participate in identifying client analytics problems, designing experiments, preparing hypotheses to be tested, developing models and solutions to achieve desire results.
Basic Qualifications:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
