This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run May/June to December; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past December 2024.

We are seeking a Cyber Engineer Intern to work onsite at Colorado Springs, CO.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The selected intern will primarily be responsible for cyber engineering.
  • Security testing and monitoring
  • Responding to minor security incidents and reports
  • Assessing networks for security vulnerabilities
  • Researching threats and the latest cybersecurity trends
  • Assisting with the design of security solutions
  • Experience working as part of an Agile team
  • Currently enrolled in and with a minimum of 30 credit hours completed towards a Cyber Engineering major.

Basic Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Successful candidates will have a good balance of system engineering aptitude. 

  • Strong background in MS Office applications and computer operation
