We have an exciting remote opportunity for a Customer Identity Technical Product Lead!

The CIAM team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all 40,000 customer identities, access, authorization, user registration, company registration, and much more. The current CIAM solution, Universal Registration (UR) is the first stop and view the customer has when doing business with PW. The current solution is homegrown over 20+ years ago and due for an enhancement / replacement.

The CIAM team conducted a full analysis RFP in partnership with Deloitte in 2021 to determine the longevity of UR vs replacing and migrating to a new platform. The individual in this role will be the lead Technical Project Manager for the enhancement or roll-out of the new solution. This individual will work across many teams including real PW Customers, the Portal Owners, Cyber, Identity, Infrastructure, and Cloud Ops to get this tool up and running and in front of our customers for an enhanced user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, prioritize & facilitate the roll-out of the new CIAM solution and integration with the PW portals
  • Act as a project lead and work with vendors, application, security, legal, and compliance teams to develop the best user experience for our customers
  • Facilitate the technical and end user experience evaluation of key features & requirements requested by the business / customers
  • Work closely with the Deloitte and ForgeRock to gain a technical understanding of the solution and assist in implementation, registration, workflow design, wireframe, and overall roll-out of the product
  • Facilitate multi-team workshops to collect business & technical requirements & be the liaison between DT and the business
  • Gain a reasonable understanding of the current tool, process, team, and workflow to better understand the desire & need for a better solution
  • Work closely with legal, ITC and portal owners to improve the overall process & steps required when setting up new users / companies
  • Work within the ForgeRock platform to facilitate application migrations, minor enhancements, maintenance, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems and 8+ years of combined experience in the fields of Application Development, System Design/Architecture, Product Management, and/or Identity & Access Management; OR an Advanced Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems with 5+ years of combined experience in the fields of Application Development, System Design/Architecture, Product Management, and/or Identity & Access Management
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A strong desire to improve customer experience
  • SQL Database experience is a plus
  • A self-starter & motivator with a lot of energy
  • Prior knowledge with identity and authentication protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAUTH, etc.) is a plus
  • A willingness to take on a more technical PM role and be hands on with the product
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and team
  • Comfortable presenting and leading workshops or meetings with 5-20 people at a time

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
