CRM & Marketing Assistant

Aufgaben

  • Customer Journey Development: Become an expert in defining, implementing and strengthening customer data-driven processes while creatively establishing new customer touchpoints to enhance the customer journey across the culturally diverse 28 markets of the CEE region.
  • Support CRM Initiatives: Gain deep insights into key business areas such as CRM, Customer Analytics and Strategic Marketing, by assisting in the implementation of CRM projects to enhance customer engagement.
  • Data-Driven Projects: Participate in adapting and implementing predictive marketing projects, including Churn Management.
  • Market Communication: Strengthen customer-oriented, logical, and structured thinking through central CRM system management and close cooperation with individual markets.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Generate monthly reports and help update customer database to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of the customer journey.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders e.g. Communication department to ensure alignment of CRM activities with overall business objectives.

Anforderungen

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT
  • Enthusiasm for customer excitement and customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent knowledge English (knowledge of German desired)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Passion for the automotive industry and an affinity for cars desired
