What is my role type?
In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. We’ve introduced role types to help you understand how you will operate in our blended work environment. This role is: Remote
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
Responsibilities of the CRM Developer will include:
- The ability to envision and document infrastructure and system design specifications via architecture design diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, wireframes and other visual documentation for consumption by both the Digital Technology team and customer stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly articulate and solve problems related to both system and environmental limitations.
- Partnering with our customers to identify, deploy and support packaged and custom-developed solutions that provide capabilities that help achieve P&W operational goals
- Translating customer requirements into a solution design and implementing using Digital Technology Standard Work
Experience/Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess development experience and proven capability in several of the following areas:
- Required technical expertise: JavaScript, C#.NET, VB.NET and/or ASP.NET platforms
- Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerPlatform, SQL, SharePoint Online
- DevOps and version-controlled solutions (Visual Studio, Jira, GitHub, CRM SDK)
- Experience with web API
- Management of ETL tool to migrate data between environments (e.g., SSIS, KingswaySoft)
- PowerBI or fundamentals of other data visualization solutions
- Demonstrated ability to pick up unfamiliar technology with ease
- Effective communication in technical to business alignments
- Compile customer data into easily digestible interactive diagrams and reports
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be a US Person (US Citizen Preferred)
