Collins Aerospace and the Environmental and Airframe Control Systems team is seeking a Contracts Administrator who will support the entire life cycle of complex commercial aerospace contracts. You will support and manage the contractual relationship with one of our largest commercial customers.

This is a hybrid role and ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

May be eligible for relocation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the subject matter expert on contractual matters, providing the program with advice related to terms, obligations, and responsibilities.
  • Manage the contractual relationship with the customer, a large aerospace manufacturer.
  • Lead the program change management process, including drafting change proposals and seeking internal approvals.
  • Lead the proposal process for customer returned products
  • Negotiate and resolve customer changes and other program issues.
  • Work with the customer to resolve overdue accounts payable
  • Ensure proper dissemination of contractual obligations and requirements.
  • Be the focal point for all Legal matters related to the program.
  • Protect intellectual property and confidential information through appropriate contract terms and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Work with International Trade Compliance to ensure compliance with all import/export regulations.
  • Understand and support internal financial goals (milestones, progress payments, payment terms, cash collection, etc.).
  • Coordinate hardware demand with the demand management team.

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

  • Experience with O365, PowerPoint & Excel
  • SAP experience
  • Financial experience, including contract pricing
  • Aerospace Business Experience
  • JD or MBA preferred but not required
