Job Summary:
The Commodity Sourcing & Growth Senior Manager will report direct into a Director within the Commodity Sourcing Growth Organization. In this role you will perform analysis and continual improvement activities to analyze multiple commodity trends and overall supply base health across all 5 main commodities: Engineered Items, Electronics, Energetics & Propulsion, Processing & Computing, and Machining. In collaboration with Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, and Supplier Performance Management, the Commodity Sourcing & Growth Senior Manager is responsible for recognizing operational needs, aggregation of information, finding potential trends, risks or opportunities, and present them to the Commodity Managers for further analysis and actions. This role requires you to partner with other teams across the organization to understand both RAY and corporate projects to develop unique solutions for the Commodity Sourcing team. 

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Analyze data to provide proactive insights on running the business and supporting growth forecast
Communication at all levels of the business
Develop and manage strategic relationships across the functions and SBUs
Develop, mature, and implement strategies for growth for all commodities
Working across multiple groups to collaborate meaningful metrics and data
Create reports, dashboards and "As Requested" data development 
Collaborate cross functionally to establish a "Grow, Maintain, Reduce, Exit (GMRE)” supplier strategy with detailed execution plans
Evaluate active risks on programs to prioritize near term mitigation projects
Support multiple supply chain organizations, to include Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing, to ensure strategies are aligned with technology roadmaps
Analyze and interpret various Raytheon data sources regarding program and supplier forecasts.
Provide input on trusted sources of data in an effort to get to a "Single Source" of data for the Supplier Management Organization
Clearance / Citizenship Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, finance, or related field and 10+ years of supply chain experience, or and Advanced degree and 7 years related experience.
Experience with program management principles such as development lifecycle, risk management, action item management, metrics management, and/or subcontract management
Experience with program budgets, financial forecasting, and cost/schedule management
Ability to travel 10% domestically, some international travel may be required.
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Experienced and Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications, including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Excel 
Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end product life-cycle management through a supply chain organization

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing multiple priorities and maintaining deadlines 
Strong facilitating and team-coordination skills including ability to lead by influence. 
Experience and or knowledge of resource planning software (SAP) 
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work well with customers, suppliers, and in a team environment  
Self-starter, ability to work with little direction
Thinking outside the box mindset. Creative & Innovative Solutions
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills that are relatable to all levels 
Experience of manufacturing processes and supply chain support systems in one or many commodities
