Commercial Project Coordinator

Job Description:

Mission
In order to deliver on its mission statement, which is to provide Airbus group’s customers highly skilled profiles, to perform on-demand worldwide in-service support, AHIS has reshaped its organization.

The project Manager position is intended to allow for end-to-end accountability for each assignment, from offer stage, asset arrival on-site, mission follow-up, to debrief at return to home base.

The allocation of a regionalized portfolio shall deliver an agile, cost-effective and compliant support and service, to satisfy Airbus’ high quality standards.

Role & Responsibilities
▪ End to End accountability for each mission within the allocated portfolio
▪ Coordination of the pre-bid process and offer issuance
▪ Timely and accurate issuance of commercial proposals, amendments and follow up until acceptance/refusal stage
▪ Initiation of the assignment process from mission preparation to mission debrief
▪ Coordination with internal support functions to ensure all function of the processes is being carried out
▪ Thorough follow-up of on-going missions:
- Monitoring of quality KPIs
- Costs targets
- And adherence to safety standards at all times
▪ Maintaining data accuracy in the information systems
▪ Adaption of commercial offers to the operational evolutions, while ensuring contractual consistency
with the deliverables
▪ Identification of potential risks (contractual, commercial, financial...) and suggestion of subsequent
mitigation, in line with operational constraints, and AHIS’ best interests
▪ Identification and suggestion of opportunities to improve contracts’ profitability, and issue subsequent amendments if/when approved
▪ Support in tracking and solving overdue invoices
▪ Accountability in delivering on time (request, offer)
▪ Follow up of the Purchase Orders with the clients;
▪ Preparation of proposals in line with customer specifications, and i AHIS pricing policy
▪ Response to customer queries regarding Ts & Cs (Terms & Conditions)
▪ Ensuring that the Customer procurement processes are respected;
▪ Liaison with the Finance and Tax departments on invoice queries, revenue reconciliation, tax, etc.
▪ Identification and implementation of process continuous improvement
▪ Ad hoc projects as required

Key Skills
▪ A thorough understanding of end-customers’ stakes and deadlines’ criticality
▪ Sound understanding of project profitability stakes
▪ Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Ability to use a proactive approach
▪ Self-motivated with a high level of commitment and flexibility
▪ Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French is an advantage
▪ Strong IT skills, primarily Microsoft suite and G Suite
▪ Strong understanding and adherence to Airbus group policies
